Joyously celebrate the holidays by joining us at the 30th annual Festival of Trees event held at Gateway Convention Center in Collinsville, Illinois. The 40,000 square foot event space transforms into a holiday winter wonderland with beautifully decorated artificial trees, gorgeous wreaths, and unique home décor. These extraordinary masterpieces are sold by silent auction.

Guests enjoy food, desserts & drinks along with a silent auction for trees and decorations.

This event is brought to you by the Collinsville Area Community Foundation. Funds raised at this event help support local nonprofits, service clubs, churches, etc. to make a positive impact and move our community forward. This years recipient is Collinsville Faith in Action.

Festival of Trees - FAQ

Your ticket is a wristband. Wristbands, Bid#, and your table assignment will be provided to you the night of the event at the check-in table.

We provide the artificial tree that you must use. You are responsible for choosing your theme and providing all the decorations, lights, skirt and additional items for under the tree. The complete valueof tree decor and additional items must be $400 or higher. Theme suggestions– Logos or products, predominant color, children, music, cooking, sports, movies, etc…. - See Decorators page for full details

As a Wreath SPONSOR, you will receive 2 Tickets with Reserved Seating. Your ticket is a wristband. Wristbands, Bid#, and your table assignment will be provided to you the night of the event at the check-intable. You provide a decorated wreath for the silent auction.  The value must be $75 or higher.  Wreaths must be delivered, during normal business hours, to Gateway Convention Center front office by 5pm, Tuesday, December 5th.

As a Stocking SPONSOR, you will receive 2 Tickets with Reserved Seating. Your ticket is a wristband. Wristbands, Bid#, and your table assignment will be provided to you the night of the event at the check-intable.You provide a stuffed stocking for the silent auction.  The value must be $75 or higher.  Stockings must be delivered, during normal business hours, to Gateway Convention Center front office by 5pm, Tuesday, December 5th.
